Return Policy on all Seafood
products
Due to the nature of fresh seafood, returns and refunds
are only granted if the product arrives damaged or spoiled, or if the
order is incorrectly filled. Even so, claims must be made the same day
of delivery through e-mail correspondence (e-mail us at
admin@iSeafood.com) or Iseafood.com can not honor refunds or returns.
If/when your claim is accepted, iSeafood will issue you a Return/Refund
Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return/refund.
NOTE: We will
not accept returned packages if a RAN has not been assigned to the order.
If you return a package with out having been assigned a RAN the package
will be denied and returned to you and all associated costs will be
your responsibility.
Note: Shipping charges
cannot be refunded.
Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your
return to process and credit your credit card.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange.
It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or
exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the
item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects
that your credit card has been credited.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the
product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel
it, please call us at 1-877-266-8041 (toll free) within four hours of placing
your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer
service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed
and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop
it in time.
iSeafood.com reserves the right
to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing
errors, ommissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While
we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order,
occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock
status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service
will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the
order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.

Iseafood.com for the purpose of setting up commercial accounts
and communications regarding orders placed with Iseafood.com.
Iseafood.com collects certain information from and
about its users three different ways: from our Web Server logs, the

A. Web Server Logs and Cookies: A cookie
is a small text file placed on your computer’s hard disk by
a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or viruses
and ours automatically delete themselves after 5 days if you have
not created a shopping cart during that time.
When you visit our site we may track information to
administer the site and Iseafood.com may use the cookies to track
your shopping cart information once you begin actively shopping here.
The cookie also eases your shopping experience by loading pages faster.
B. Personal User Information: Visitors
to our site can register to purchase merchandise. When you register,
we will request some personal information such as name, address, email,
telephone number, fax number, account number, and other relevant information.
If you are purchasing merchandise we will also request financial information.
The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for
the merchandise you purchased. If you purchase using a credit card,
this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. For
other types of registration, we may ask for the relevant info.
One month after your order is placed your credit card
information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy
is our first and main concern. We understand you want to purchase
seafood and gourmet food online and not have to worry about compromising
your personal information to do so.
